Privacy Policy

The No BS Academy is a science-based strength and rehabilitation coaching brand, operated by Jeff Shaverian, a Fitness Trainer, Physiotherapist, and author. This policy covers our website, app, intake forms, and checkout pages. If you have questions, email support@nobsacademy.com.

• Contact and account information: your name, email address (including the email tied to your app account), age, and sex, where you choose to share it, used for programming.
• Training and health information: your goals, training experience, equipment access, current program, injuries or pain, pain ratings, diagnosed conditions, and details from any professional assessment or kinetic diagnosis you share with us.
• Footage and documents: links to video footage or documents you submit, for example a Google Drive link to your assessment, imaging, or a clinician's report. These stay on the platform you host them on. We only view what you share with us and don't download or store copies unless it's necessary to deliver the service.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe and Wise. We never see or store your full card number or bank details.
• Communications: anything you send us by email or through a form.
• Basic usage information: standard technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site and app working properly.

We use what you share with us to:

• Create and manage your account and subscription
• Build and assign workout, meal, or rehab plans that fit you
• Review your form, program, or footage and give feedback
• Schedule and run 1-on-1 consultations
• Process payments and refunds
• Respond to questions and support requests
• Improve our content, courses, and the app itself
• Meet legal and safety obligations, including screening for red-flag symptoms that require in-person care

Some of what you share with us, injury history, pain levels, diagnosed conditions, is health-related information. We treat it as sensitive: it's used only to build and assign your training or rehab plan and to give you accurate feedback. It's not sold, and it's only seen by Jeff, or, if you're a client on a trainer or therapist's plan, by the coach who assigned your content.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business, such as payment processors (Stripe, Wise), email, and hosting providers. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
• Your assigned trainer or therapist, if you're using the app as a client under someone else's plan.
• Authorities, if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent harm.

Payments are processed by Stripe and Wise. When you pay, you're subject to their own privacy policies and terms as well as ours. We receive confirmation that payment was made and basic transaction details, not your full card or bank information.

We keep your information for as long as you have an active account or subscription, and for a reasonable period after that to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing support@nobsacademy.com, subject to what we're legally required to keep.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict certain uses
• Request a copy of your information in a portable format

To exercise any of these, email support@nobsacademy.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Our services are intended for users who are 18 or older, or who have a parent or legal guardian's consent and supervision if they're between 13 and 17. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information without appropriate consent, contact us and we'll remove it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password for your account, and let us know right away if you notice any unauthorized use.

We operate internationally and serve clients in multiple countries. Your information may be processed in a different country than the one you live in, including by our service providers. By using our services, you understand your information may be transferred internationally.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
