This site and all content (videos, documents, programs) are owned by Jeff Shaverian / Phan Công Bình / The No-BS Academy. You may not copy, share, or redistribute any material without written permission.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our services. By using this site, you confirm that all personal and payment information you provide is accurate and complete.

All training, rehabilitation, and nutrition advice provided through The No-BS Academy are for educational purposes only. You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or rehab program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow guidance correctly.

• You authorise recurring payments according to the plan you choose (monthly or annual).
• Prices may change; any updates will be communicated before renewal.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Refunds: available for annual subscribers within the first 30 days of use. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed.

• All bookings require full payment at the time of scheduling.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12-24 hours before the session (depending on service type).
• Missed or late sessions are considered completed.
• In-person evaluations are by appointment only and subject to location availability.

Your login credentials and purchased materials are for personal use only. Sharing, recording, or reselling course content, documents, or videos is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Members of The No-BS Academy Community or any connected group are expected to engage respectfully. Harassment, spamming, or self-promotion unrelated to the program will result in removal without refund.

By participating, you acknowledge that physical training and rehabilitation carry inherent risks. The No-BS Academy, its owner, and affiliates are not responsible for any direct or indirect injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation.

We respect your privacy. Personal data (name, email, payment info) is used only for service delivery, support, and communication. We never sell or share your information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised version.
